    Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Handling recruitment process from job posting to screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference check, job offering, on-boarding and off-boarding with the objective to identify and hire qualified candidates for respective business units within the hiring timeline.<\/li>\n
    2. Ensure the company complies with Malaysian labor laws and regulations in all HR practices.<\/li>\n
    3. Review and developing Company\u2019s policy & procedures and employee handbook (HR Policies, Procedures, and Manual).<\/li>\n
    4. Handling HR documentations including employment contract, employment confirmation, resignation, employment verification and any related documents.<\/li>\n
    5. Handling disciplinary issues, conduct domestic inquiry, staff counselling and other employee\u2019s relation matters in compliance with local legislation.<\/li>\n
    6. Handling employee time attendance, maintain accurate leave records and process medical claims.<\/li>\n
    7. Handling payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely processing.<\/li>\n
    8. Handling compensation & benefits program to ensure competitiveness that match the market trend<\/li>\n
    9. Implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and promote career growth.<\/li>\n
    10. To ensure HR records are in proper filing and retrieval system for accurate files, records, reports, and confidential correspondences.<\/li>\n
    11. To plan, coordinating, and organizing employee activities and events.<\/li>\n
    12. Responsible for subordinates\u2019 performance.<\/li>\n
    13. Continuously review and update existing forms and documentations within the Company.<\/li>\n
    14. Any other ad hoc assignments assigned by the Management from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma\/Advanced\/Higher\/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\u2019s Degree\/Post Graduate Diploma\/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.<\/li>\n
      2. At least 2 years of working experience related in Human Resources functions.<\/li>\n
      3. Able to work under stress, strong analytical and problem-solving skill.<\/li>\n
      4. Proactive and have learning agility as well as care about the quality of output.<\/li>\n
      5. Passion to deal with people internally and externally.<\/li>\n
      6. Enjoy working in fast-paced environment independently with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n
      7. Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point.<\/li>\n
      8. Required language(s): Mandarin is compulsory, English and Bahasa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
