1. Business Acumen \/ Strategic Vision<\/strong><\/p>\n

a. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 End to end accountable for all IT & data solutions in scope, and business continuity, local customer satisfaction to align on priorities and business needs<\/p>\n

b. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Advocate and gatekeeper for IT digitalization implementation and blueprint alignment for Finance Department<\/p>\n

c. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Select & design best solutions for Finance scope from inception to operational<\/p>\n

d. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Partner with business stakeholders across several countries towards value creation for The Company<\/p>\n

2. Impact on Business Results with IT Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

a. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Impact on product IT management and process optimization for Finance Department<\/p>\n

b. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Optimize IT costs on its scope (current ROP impact)<\/p>\n

3. Process, Projects & Support of IT (Finance Department\/Product)<\/strong><\/p>\n

a. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ownership of End-to-end IT\/Finance products at the zone, building and maintaining the extensions product roadmap and prioritize extension backlogs<\/p>\n

b. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Oversee & coordinate Deploy & Run activities related to the Extension<\/p>\n

c. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure no or minimal disruption to business activities through timely resolution of incidents & monitoring of system health<\/p>\n

d. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Identify solution improvements and increase business adoption<\/p>\n

e. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure compliance to application controls and remediations<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree \/Master<\/p>\n

2. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Experience (in years): 8+ years in IT Finance with high tech-savviness<\/p>\n

3. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Master in Finance technologies to deliver full digitalization on E2E process with high skill in automation for Finance processes<\/p>\n

4. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 High knowledge of Finance processes, data & solutions architecture<\/p>\n

5. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sound cross-functional experience with and regional\/global experience in managing team<\/p>\n

6. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sound stakeholder management with sounds leadership skill<\/p>\n
