Whether developing new healthcare facilities or upgrading existing practices, they are ready to offer customized hospital management solutions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Oversee all hospital finance operation function, organise overall hospital financial related plans and policies.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Managing and coordinating operational activities to ensure the consistency of the financial related policies in the hospital.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Establishes system controls for financial policies, systems and develops procedures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Supervise and manage daily finance work of store\/inventory\/billings \/ payments \/ collections \/ monthly closing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Responsible for monthly, quarterly and any adhoc reporting and variance analysis as requested<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Analyse financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To ensure the accuracy of the monthly and yearly financial reports and its submission before dateline given by the Corporate Office and shared service centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To perform data analysis and use it to offer ideas to COO \/ CEO in how to maximise profit and meet financial budget<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To perform costing analysis in order to monitor and improve gross \/ net profit margin of the company<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To assist CEO on hospital service and product pricing exercises<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Carry out any other related task as directed from to time<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Requirement<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Possess at least a Degree or professional accounting qualification in ACCA\/CPA\/ICAEW\/CIMA or its equivalent.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Member of MIA or any equivalent certification will be an added advantage.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience in managing and leading of the Finance Department<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Good communication and interpersonal skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Strong analytical skills and data driven<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Excellent planner and time management<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Good interpersonal and communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Able to work independently and under pressure<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A team player, resourceful, strong sense responsibilities and well organized<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Jamie at her email at jamie.tan@peoplelake.asia<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About The Company Our client specializes in tertiary and private healthcare management, and with a comprehensive network of industry experts, they deliver world-class healthcare solutions.
