{"id":13758,"date":"2024-10-09T01:24:07","date_gmt":"2024-10-09T01:24:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=13758"},"modified":"2024-10-21T07:45:38","modified_gmt":"2024-10-21T07:45:38","slug":"admin-customer-service-representative","status":"expired","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/zh\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&p=13758","title":{"rendered":"Admin &amp; Customer Service Representative"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>About The Company:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The company is a multi-regional company that specializes in software development and advanced technology solutions.<\/p>\n<p><b>Position: Customer Service Representative (Salary up to RM3,500)<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support both front and back office operations<\/li>\n<li>Keep track of received data and source documents<\/li>\n<li>Contact preparer of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, missing data, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Sort and prepares documents for imaging<\/li>\n<li>Correct captured data accurately in a pre-determined data entry system<\/li>\n<li>Manage processed and unprocessed documents<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an effective and efficient records management system<\/li>\n<li>Generate reports and responds to inquiries related to entered data upon request<\/li>\n<li>Process various forms<\/li>\n<li>Protect customer information<\/li>\n<li>Maintain operations by following policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader and Supervisors.<\/li>\n<li>Provide and maintain the high standard of customer service to program members.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that member enquiries are responded to and actioned promptly<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for actioning redemption requests via the system and managing member information through the member database<\/li>\n<li>Document and track issues that require additional technical resource support and follow through on any unresolved enquiries within promised time frames<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all documentation required by other departments to service member\u2019s request is completed promptly and in accordance to the operations procedures<\/li>\n<li>Resolve difficult customer issues that arise or escalate complaints to the Team Leader<\/li>\n<li>Coach and educate Members on the value-add products, such as overall benefits of the program<\/li>\n<li>Complete general administration tasks and follow-up on customer enquiries<\/li>\n<li>Attend informational program overviews as required<\/li>\n<li>Maintain compliance of monitoring guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Grace Tan via email (grace.tan@peoplelake.asia) or WhatsApp (+6018-780 1215).<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About The Company: The company is a multi-regional company that specializes in software development and advanced technology solutions.
