The company located at Petaling Jaya area.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and oversee overall Group consolidated financial statements and statutory financial reports in compliance with the Group\u2019s accounting policies and procedures, applicable approved accounting standards, Bursa requirements and statutory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Manage tax computation, tax planning and tax compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the Board of Directors, bankers, auditors (internal and external), tax agents, company secretary and local authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Finance, Accountancy or professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Must be registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.<\/li>\n<li>5 years of working experience,\u00a0preferably in listed companies and group of companies in the property and construction industries.<\/li>\n<li>Possess knowledge and experience in accounting standards, income tax and SST legislation.<\/li>\n<li>Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, interpersonal, planning and organising, problem-solving and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Hoyyian at her email, hoyyian.tang@peoplelake.asia or contact her at 017-811 6319.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the company: Our client is a specialist construction and engineering contractor with over 25 years of experience.
