You will be responsible to develop and maintain the most up-to-date knowledge in Singapore inbound immigration regulations and policies to offer high quality service to our clients with a keen eye for detail to perform with high work accuracy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages immigration applications for clients relating to Singapore Citizenship and other applications etc<\/li>\n<li>Liaise effectively and work closely with clients on the required documents to ensure all documents are furnished for submission<\/li>\n<li>Advise clients on accurate documentation and provide advisory to them based on a deep understanding of Singapore inbound immigration regulations and policies<\/li>\n<li>Understand clients\u2019 backgrounds and write cover letters to best present their profiles<\/li>\n<li>Ensure high work accuracy is delivered in all applications to the government bodies<\/li>\n<li>Provide exceptional customer experience and maintain high standards of service<\/li>\n<li>Attend to clients&#8217; queries and the completion of the formalities during and after post submission within Company\u2019s response time<\/li>\n<li>Updating and maintaining respective tracking sheets accurately in an organized and timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties assigned by Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Job Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimally Diploma qualification in hospitality, mass communication, logistics or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal CN communication skills and good written English skills<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years of experience in client facing role<\/li>\n<li>No prior immigration experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.<\/li>\n<li>Good time management skills &amp; must be able to handle a high volume of digital documents<\/li>\n<li>Ability to plan workload and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Results<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all applications are submitted promptly every month with high work quality and accuracy at all times<\/li>\n<li>Fast professional replies and effective communication to clients\u2019 enquiries on WhatApps, Gmail or phone call<\/li>\n<li>Achieve monthly Key Performance Indicators<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle clients\u2019 grievances professionally<\/li>\n<li>Well-versed and stay up to date with immigration policies and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Create good customer experience at all times and ensure clients satisfaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Points to Note<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is a 1 year contract role with benefits alike a Permanent role.<\/li>\n<li>Possibility to be converted to a permanent staff based on good performance.<\/li>\n<li>Quarterly Bonus &#8211; Payout 4 times a year upon confirmation if KPI is achieved<\/li>\n<li>Company laptop &amp; phone will be provided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For more information, kindly contact Kwa via WhatsApp at <strong>016-216-1772 <\/strong>or via email at <strong>khengsun.kwa@peoplelake.asia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Thank you.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Company Overview Our client is a multi-award-winning company by helping individuals achieve Singapore Permanent Residency and Citizenship. &nbsp; Key Responsibilities You will be facilitating immigration work, mainly on Singapore Permanent Resident and Singapore Citizenship applications.
