Established and served domestic &amp; MNC clients from public and private sectors.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role will primarily be responsible for managing and administering all graduate r<strong>ecruitment-related matters and employer branding<\/strong>\u00a0for the Firm. The successful candidate will be expected to work alongside the Partners to determine the office&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>graduate recruitment strategy<\/strong> and employer branding, as well as to contribute to the overall Firm strategy, and liaise with graduates, universities and relevant student bodies to successfully implement the same.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Recruitment of pupilage and both legal and business professional student attachment.<\/strong>\u00a0This\u00a0<strong>end-to-end recruitment<\/strong>\u00a0includes arranging and attending\u00a0<strong>Careers Fairs, student engagement activities, law school events and Firm&#8217;s graduate engagement events;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Ongoing development of the\u00a0<strong>graduate recruitment strategy<\/strong>, ensuring it remains aligned with the overall strategy of the Firm;<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with Talent Manager to identify and build talent pipeline for the legal professionals;<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and further developing good relationships with universities and student bodies in a number of jurisdictions, including Malaysia, Australia and the United Kingdom;<\/li>\n<li>Arranging and overseeing\u00a0<strong>end- to end process of the Firm&#8217;s pupilage programme<\/strong>\u00a0to ensure that all regulatory; requirements are adhered to, and managing the annual admission process for all pupils inclusive managing their performance cycle during their pupilage program.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with the relevant regulatory bodies (including Malaysia Law Society, KL Bar, etc) in relation to regulatory requirements and the end to-end admission process ;<\/li>\n<li>Arranging and overseeing end-to end of the Firm&#8217;s structured\u00a0<strong>intern programmes;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Alongside the wider Talent Management team,\u00a0<strong>developing the Firm&#8217;s Employee Value Proposition<\/strong>\u00a0and improving our market standing at the relevant universities;<\/li>\n<li>Key person to plan and organise and manage events for Graduate recruitment, YTC and Recruitment committee;<\/li>\n<li>Responding to all queries, both internal and external, in respect of graduate recruitment and employer branding recruitment;<\/li>\n<li>Preparing appointment letters and admission documentation as required;<\/li>\n<li>Perform other administration duties within the Graduate Recruitment spectrum as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Organization Development or its equivalent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>At least five years of relevant experience in a legal or related professional services environment<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>High emotional intelligence and strong people skills.<\/li>\n<li>Able to handle confidential matters.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English language skills (verbal and written) and the confidence to communicate well<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management and organising skills &#8211; able to prioritise and manage time to meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Possess a positive mindset and able to work in a fast moving work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy is critical and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Jamie at her email at\u00a0<strong>jamie.tan@peoplelake.asia<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About our Client With a presence in Malaysia for over 20 years, One of the top 500 Legal and CoSec services companies in Malaysia.
