{"id":14396,"date":"2024-11-19T09:12:12","date_gmt":"2024-11-19T09:12:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=14396"},"modified":"2024-12-10T04:37:42","modified_gmt":"2024-12-10T04:37:42","slug":"account-executive-mandarin-speaker","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/zh\/jobs\/account-executive-mandarin-speaker\/","title":{"rendered":"Account Executive (Mandarin Speaker)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>About The Company:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Our client is dedicated to promoting and enhancing the brand of Zoo Negara through innovative marketing strategies that attract visitors, boost engagement, and support conservation efforts.<\/p>\n<p><b>Position: Account Executive (Mandarin Speaker) (Salary up to RM5,000)<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle full set of accounts and generate relevant reports.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly accounting report including cash flow &amp; analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Perform monthly bank reconciliation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all documents received are checked, validated, and matched accordingly, and maintain proper filing of documents.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure employee database records are up to date.<\/li>\n<li>Handle general office administration and maintenance tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Manage Petty Cash and staff claims.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for AR, AP, general accounting tasks, and daily accounting functions.<\/li>\n<li>Professional handling of incoming and outgoing telephone calls and call transfers.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with suppliers and service providers.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare relevant documents.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange events (seminar\/conference\/others), translation (Bahasa Malaysia &amp; English), and compile meeting minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Undertake ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain proper filing system and records, following head office guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor delinquent accounts, bad debts, and review systems to minimize debts and maximize collections.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in opening and closing bank accounts and provide support during external audits.<\/li>\n<li>Implement basic accounting controls.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirement:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open to talents from any field of study.
