{"id":14523,"date":"2024-12-06T06:39:43","date_gmt":"2024-12-06T06:39:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=14523"},"modified":"2025-06-30T16:18:04","modified_gmt":"2025-06-30T16:18:04","slug":"junior-account-executive","status":"expired","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/zh\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&p=14523","title":{"rendered":"Junior Accounts Executive"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>About The Company<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Our client are recognized as one of the leading ship chandlers in Singapore and Peninsula Malaysia with a well-established reputation as a reliable and customer-centric organization that constantly strives to be more than a mere supplier.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Why Should You Apply For This Job<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to work in an established and prominent company.<\/li>\n<li>Good exposure to work in a company which offer exposure to a dynamic and expansive customer base across multiple continents, providing a platform for professional growth and international experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><i><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/i>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To match suppliers\u2019 delivery order and invoice with the purchase order and goods receive and make payment in good time.<\/li>\n<li>To submit GST claims as stipulated by Governmental requirements.<\/li>\n<li>To check through Delivery Orders and ensure that they are correct before coordinating with Administration to send out invoices.<\/li>\n<li>To keep track of the outstanding amounts owed by customers and coordinate with Marketing to ensure timely collection of payment.<\/li>\n<li>To generate monthly Statement of Accounts of each customer.<\/li>\n<li>To maintain the system record of all accounting modules in good order.<\/li>\n<li>To prepare, obtain approval and pay out Cash Payments, Petty claims and miscellaneous claims when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>To prepare year-end Profit &amp; Loss (P&amp;L), Balance Sheets, Income Statement for the Management.<\/li>\n<li>To prepare for and handle yearly audits.<\/li>\n<li>To coordinate with Operations to conduct routine stock checks.<\/li>\n<li>To perform processes as per documented requirements to uphold integrity of data accuracy, required for measurement of the effectiveness of quality and environmental management\u2019s continual improvement effort.<\/li>\n<li>Be aware of the quality and environmental policy and significant quality and environmental requirements associated with their work activities.<\/li>\n<li>Be aware of the consequences of departure from the specified system procedures and work instruction.<\/li>\n<li>To handle monthly payroll, EPF\/SOSCO\/EIS contributions and liaise with relevant government departments.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Candidate must possess at least Diploma \/ Degree in Accounting or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in accounting related works are preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Good attitude and able to maintain high confidential with necessary information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Thanks for taking the time to review our available position, if you think it is a match for your experience and interests please apply today \u2013 we are eager to learn more about you!<\/p>\n<p>Interested to apply?
