Feasibility Studies &amp; Presentations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead comprehensive land surveys and assess building permits.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze zoning laws and their impact on surrounding areas.<\/li>\n<li>Address potential challenges and conduct feasibility studies for land identification and project initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Present detailed findings and strategic recommendations to management to guide informed decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Coordination and Documentation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compile and coordinate documentation necessary for feasibility studies and business development proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Work with internal departments to prepare and present new business proposals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.
