{"id":14712,"date":"2025-01-10T10:34:47","date_gmt":"2025-01-10T10:34:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=14712"},"modified":"2025-04-30T16:18:27","modified_gmt":"2025-04-30T16:18:27","slug":"procurement-specialist-senior-procurement-executive","status":"expired","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/zh\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&p=14712","title":{"rendered":"Procurement Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>About the Company:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A globally renowned multinational company with a presence in over 140 countries.<\/li>\n<li>It is one of the key market players operating across wide range of industries including consumer electronics, automotive, housing, industrial systems, and energy solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>1. <strong><em>Cost Reduction<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>develop order policy for APAC &amp; India together with Centralized Contract Center and other related organizations by collecting requirements\/demand from R&amp;D \/ factories and proposals \/ quotations from suppliers in Asia + India and reviewing global information from others.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze total delivery costs in detail.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate with suppliers or collaborate with responsible negotiation organization for optimal QCD(Quality, Cost, Delivery).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. <em><strong>Value Engineering<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Propose alternative supplier which meets QCD requirements or propose alternative material based on benchmark study,<\/li>\n<li>Review with R&amp;D and factories for joint direction,<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate with suppliers or collaborate with responsible negotiation organization for optimal QCD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. <em><strong>Common<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Learn company&#8217;s Centralized Contract scheme and organization.<\/li>\n<li>Understand company R&amp;D and factory requirements \/ demand.<\/li>\n<li>Communication \/ Customer satisfaction: Listen to factory key players\u2019 voice and\/or review data to find opportunities for improvement, set mutual agreeable targets and accomplish them.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve team\u2019s KPI\u2019s for Cost Down\/ VE annual target.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare various management reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Strong negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to changes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of trading or marketing is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Company: A globally renowned multinational company with a presence in over 140 countries.
