Our client dedicated to provide end-to-end, measurable, lead generation to sales acquisition whenever possible, through digital marketing solutions in Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Develop and lead digital marketing strategies to promote relevant trade shows, driving campaign execution and performance.<br \/>\n\u2022 Collaborate with sales, project, and marketing teams to create and execute effective multi-channel campaigns aimed at engaging target audiences, ensuring campaign success through comprehensive planning and implementation.<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct market research to identify key trends and insights, regularly monitor and optimize campaign performance, and implement best practices for continuous improvement.<br \/>\n\u2022 Translate marketing strategies into actionable metrics, including acquisition, customer engagement, retention, brand awareness, and the development of new propositions and innovation goals.<br \/>\n\u2022 Initiate new tactics to engage both existing and new audience segments, contributing to the growth of established and emerging brands in the event portfolio.<br \/>\n\u2022 Oversee processes and platforms to ensure proper tracking and visibility of multi-channel conversions and channel attribution.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that all marketing campaigns align with the company&#8217;s overarching marketing strategy and objectives.<br \/>\n\u2022 Leverage deep audience insights to personalize and target marketing content, delivering it at the most effective times.<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage campaign budgets, optimizing spend based on performance metrics.<br \/>\n\u2022 Continuously focus on data-driven decision-making to maximize time efficiency and marketing spend, enhancing results, experiences, and performance.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 2-5 years of practical, relevant experience in digital marketing.<br \/>\n\u2022 Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels for projects, events, or products.<br \/>\n\u2022 Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM is an added advantage.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong analytical skills with experience in utilizing analytics tools to measure and evaluate campaign performance.<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams.<br \/>\n\u2022 Creative mindset with a focus on content design and creation.<br \/>\n\u2022 Eagerness to develop and expand skills and industry knowledge.<br \/>\n\u2022 A dynamic and collaborative team player.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>** This role is only open for Malaysian Citizens.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you think it is a match for your experience and interests please apply today \u2013 we are eager to learn more about you!
