  1. To attend, service, promote and to specify company products to Quantity Surveyors, Engineers and Developers.<\/li>\n
  2. Maintain good relationship with by identifying client\u2019s needs and develop appropriate sales strategy to meet their needs.<\/li>\n
  3. Responsible of preparation of proposals, provide solutions and information.<\/li>\n
  4. Conduct product briefing and organize presentation to clients.<\/li>\n
  5. Liaise with clients on all technical aspects of the project.<\/li>\n
  6. Identify and gather new potential leads and maintain existing client\u2019s relationship.<\/li>\n
  7. Good Communication skills.<\/li>\n
  8. Gather market intelligence for the Manager by making close monitoring of market movements.<\/li>\n
  9. Able to meet target and work independently.<\/li>\n
  10. Suitable candidate may also be possibly tasked to cover other regions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Requirements:<\/p>\n

    1. Diploma\/Degree in business, marketing, construction or related fields<\/li>\n
    2. Prior experience in plastic pipe sales is a must.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. Able to read and comprehend construction\/architectural drawings<\/li>\n
    4. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n
    5. Good analytical and presentation skills<\/li>\n
