{"id":14767,"date":"2025-01-22T06:19:45","date_gmt":"2025-01-22T06:19:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=14767"},"modified":"2025-04-30T16:18:27","modified_gmt":"2025-04-30T16:18:27","slug":"procurement-assistant-manager","status":"expired","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/zh\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&p=14767","title":{"rendered":"Procurement Assistant Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>About the Company:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A globally renowned multinational company with a presence in over 140 countries.<\/li>\n<li>It is one of the key market players operating across wide range of industries including consumer electronics, automotive, housing, industrial systems, and energy solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Global ESG Management:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1) Company Green Impact (PGI)<br \/>\n\u2794 In line with Global PGI implementation requirement from HQ, to implement in oversea company sites.<br \/>\n2) Company CSR Audit<br \/>\n\u2794 To review pre-audit documents including local regulation, follows by onsite audit, and prepare audit report.<br \/>\n\u2794 To follow up with audited suppliers based on interim report and review improvement evidence until closed loop.<br \/>\n3) Company CSR Assessment<br \/>\n\u2794 To assess and review submitted CSR Assessment to highlight and address any potential issues until closed loop.<br \/>\n4) Company\u00a0CSR Written Consent<br \/>\n\u2794 Global management and provide helpdesk service for any enquiry.<br \/>\n5) Company Cyber Security<br \/>\n\u2794 Management and implementation in oversea Company sites.<br \/>\n6) Management of Internal System related to ESG<br \/>\n\u2794 Conduct training and refresher training to users<br \/>\n\u2794 Enhance utilization rate of related Internal System related to ESG.<br \/>\n\u2794 Review system regularly to propose for enhancement to fit to user needs<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Global &amp; Regional Supplier Management<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1) To review and update procedure, flows and forms regularly<br \/>\n2)To review and process approval for internal supplier related application<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Procurement Planning Management<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1) Ensuring all planning activities including but not limited to meeting and events hosted by the department are well arranged and achieving targets.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Operation Support and Management<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1) Communicate and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation in above planning related tasks.<br \/>\n2) To provide guidance to internal stakeholders on planning related queries and\/or issues.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Human Resources (Subordinates) Development<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1) Guide and advice subordinates on daily operation<br \/>\n2) Work with subordinates to create individual development plans and provide opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Hard Skills:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1) Knowledge of Global Standards and framework on CSR, especially on Human Rights Due Diligence.<br \/>\n2) Knowledge on Regulatory including different countries laws and regulations, social norms related to labors rights, health and safety, environmental.<br \/>\n3) Ability to manage projects to work towards project goals.<br \/>\n4) Proficiency in Microsoft office.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Soft Skills:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1) Teamwork and collaboration with stakeholders<br \/>\n2) Leadership to lead the section<br \/>\n3) Problem solving skill to identify the problem and proposal to resolve it<br \/>\n4) Ability of multitasking to handle and meet tight schedule<br \/>\n5) Possess good spoken and written communication skills<br \/>\nLanguage Requirement:<br \/>\n1) English &amp; Chinese (Read, write and speak)<br \/>\n2) Japanese (added advantage)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Others Requirement:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1) Able to frequent travel domestic and oversea<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Company: A globally renowned multinational company with a presence in over 140 countries.
