Role Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n

As Finance Manager<\/strong>, you will lead and oversee the company\u2019s financial strategy, operations, and compliance<\/strong>, ensuring long-term financial health and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Financial <\/strong>Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 Develop and execute financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts
\n\ud83d\udd39 Monitor financial performance, analyze variances & recommend improvements
\n\ud83d\udd39 Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations & industry standards
\n\ud83d\udd39 Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing effective controls
\n\ud83d\udd39 Prepare and present financial reports to senior management & stakeholders<\/p>\n

2\ufe0f<\/strong>. <\/strong>Team Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 Recruit, train, and manage finance staff
\n\ud83d\udd39 Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team
\n\ud83d\udd39 Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement<\/p>\n

3\ufe0f<\/strong>. <\/strong>Strategic Planning<\/strong><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 Partner with executives to develop financial & operational strategies
\n\ud83d\udd39 Support long-term business planning & decision-making
\n\ud83d\udd39 Assess financial impact of key initiatives & provide strategic insights<\/p>\n

4\ufe0f<\/strong>. <\/strong>Compliance & Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 Ensure timely and accurate financial & regulatory reporting
\n\ud83d\udd39 Stay up to date with financial & legal regulations
\n\ud83d\udd39 Manage audit processes and liaise with external auditors<\/p>\n

5\ufe0f<\/strong>. <\/strong>Cash Flow Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity
\n\ud83d\udd39 Optimize the allocation of financial resources<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 Monitor and manage debts, if applicable.<\/p>\n

Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2714 Education:<\/strong>
\n\ud83c\udf93 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field<\/p>\n

\u2714 Experience:<\/strong>
\n\ud83d\udccc Minimum 10 years in Finance or Accounting management
\n\ud83d\udccc Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
\n\ud83d\udccc Proficiency in financial software & Microsoft Office Suite<\/p>\n

\u2714 Certifications (Preferred, Not Mandatory):<\/strong>
\n\u2705 CPA \/ CFA or equivalent<\/p>\n
