markets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Principal Responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key executive responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategies of the organization. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director, the CFO plays a crucial role in driving the company\u2019s financial performance and ensuring long-term financial sustainability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Job Scope<\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to achieve the company&#8217;s goals and objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide financial leadership and recommendations to the CEO and the Board of Directors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor financial performance and implement measures to ensure the company&#8217;s financial health.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, and lead the financial aspects of due diligence and integration efforts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To conform to requirements of all applicable ISO management system and to comply with relevant law and regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Span of Control:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee various finance and accounting functions, which may include financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, internal audit and more.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Directly supervise department heads, managers, or team leads within the financial department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, collaboration and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommend or approve if appropriate, improvement to existing operating procedures and guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Requirements and Qualification<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>s<\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Must possess professional accounting certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, MIA etc.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Excellent English and Mandarin communication<\/strong>\u00a0and interpersonal abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Added advantage if you have experience working in organization \/ group with revenue size of RM 500 million and above.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial management roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong financial acumen with a track record of driving
