With a strong focus on innovation and sustainability, it operates in over 140 countries, enhancing food safety, efficiency, and industrial productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Position: Customer Service Sales Engineer \/Manager (Food Equipment) (Salary up to RM8,500)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Achieve sales budget targets for assigned Business Units (BU) and countries, with a strong focus on service sales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive business growth by developing relationships with both existing and new customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct regular customer visits to create and follow up on business opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build trust with current clients while expanding the customer base.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and solution presentation to quotation, negotiation, contract signing, and handover.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain open communication and provide frequent market updates to the Line Manager and relevant teams, such as Quotation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep a full overview of the customer\u2019s installed base and the competitive landscape, with a clear strategy to win orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts and professional sales reports in a timely manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiate and drive market activities to generate new sales opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop business action plans for new markets and applications by collaborating with departments such as commercial, marketing, and technical teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain high accountability and transparency in managing the sales pipeline, consistently using the CRM platform to track verified leads and opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expand and develop sales channels, including channel partners, agencies, and finders, to support business growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as the key contact for customer inquiries related to projects, single machines, and services, ensuring smooth internal coordination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with the Service Operations team to enhance customer satisfaction, address feedback, and resolve issues efficiently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the existing installed base while expanding the service business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the Regional Sales team and Key Account Managers to handle both global and regional key accounts effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in <strong>Engineering (Mechanical, Process, Industrial)<\/strong> or <strong>Food Technology<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum <strong>6 years of sales experience<\/strong> with a strong track record of success.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in <strong>service sales for processing solutions<\/strong> is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Background in the <strong>food, feed, or rice industries<\/strong> is a strong advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly <strong>responsible and accountable<\/strong> in all tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entrepreneurial mindset with strong <strong>business acumen<\/strong>, especially in <strong>B2B industries<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to <strong>ask the right questions, understand customer needs, and actively listen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skilled in <strong>value-based and solution selling<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Positive attitude with <strong>high emotional intelligence<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong <strong>time management skills<\/strong>, able to <strong>handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capable of <strong>analyzing and simplifying complex information<\/strong> for both internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent <strong>networking and relationship management<\/strong> skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid understanding of key processes within the <strong>food and material processing industries<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Grace Tan via email (grace.tan@peoplelake.asia) or WhatsApp (+6018-780 1215).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About The Company:&nbsp; Our client is a Swiss multinational specializes in food processing, advanced materials, and die-casting technologies.
