They offer a comprehensive suite of services including merchant acquiring, direct debit, online credit card payments, BPAY, and Pay-by-Phone, making it easier for businesses to receive payments and manage their cash flow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><br>As we continue to expand our global presence, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Assistant to support the setup of our new regional operations in Malaysia and assist with our financial license applications in different countries.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><br> <strong> 1) Support the Establishment of Operations in Malaysia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist with setting up Embracy\u2019s operational hub, including administrative, logistical, and compliance tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help recruit and onboard local talent to build a high-performing team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support securing office space and ensuring infrastructure is in place.<br><br><strong>2) Support KYC &amp; Onboarding Processes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Help implement and support the KYC (Know Your Customer) and onboarding processes, ensuring they meet local regulatory standards and align with Embracy\u2019s global policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with legal, compliance, and IT teams to assist in ensuring customer verification processes are seamless, efficient, and secure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the ongoing review and improvement of KYC and onboarding processes to maintain best practices and compliance.<br><br><strong>3) Assist with Financial Licensing Applications<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide support in applying for financial licenses in other countries, assisting the legal and compliance teams with documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help prepare and submit all required documentation for license applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in liaising with local regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth approval processes.<br><br><strong>4) Support Ongoing Operating and Maintenance<\/strong><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide hands-on support for day-to-day operations in Malaysia &amp; Australia, ensuring smooth business processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues related to systems, customer service, and workflows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with managing resources, including personnel, technology, and infrastructure, to ensure optimal utilization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.<br><br><strong>5) Ad-Hoc Tasks<\/strong><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report directly to the supervisor and provide support on various ad-hoc tasks, including specific projects or initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with any special initiatives or tasks that align with the company\u2019s operational goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Industry Experience: Ideally, candidates should have experience in the payment industry, particularly with card schemes or other payment companies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Language Proficiency: Applicants must be fluent in both Chinese and English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Location Requirement: This position is based in Kuala Lumpur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What We Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Employer sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.<br>Competitive salary and benefits package.<br>Opportunity to be part of a dynamic, rapidly growing company.<br>A collaborative and innovative work culture.<br>The chance to make a significant impact in a key growth region for Embracy.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About our client:Our client is a leading Australian payment solutions provider that streamlines the billing process for businesses of all sizes.
