{"id":15169,"date":"2025-02-25T06:13:50","date_gmt":"2025-02-25T06:13:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=15169"},"modified":"2025-02-25T06:13:52","modified_gmt":"2025-02-25T06:13:52","slug":"customer-service-executive-mandarin-speaker-open-to-spm-holders","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/zh\/jobs\/customer-service-executive-mandarin-speaker-open-to-spm-holders\/","title":{"rendered":"Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaker \/ Open to SPM Holders)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>About The Company:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company specializes in providing call center services for various industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Position: Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaker \/ Salary up to RM3,500)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support both front and back office operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep track of received data and source documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact preparer of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, missing data, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sort and prepares documents for imaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Correct captured data accurately in a pre-determined data entry system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage processed and unprocessed documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain an effective and efficient records management system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate reports and responds to inquiries related to entered data upon request<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process various forms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protect customer information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain operations by following policies and procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader and Supervisors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide and maintain the high standard of customer service to program members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that member enquiries are responded to and actioned promptly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for actioning redemption requests via the system and managing member information through the member database<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document and track issues that require additional technical resource support and follow through on any unresolved enquiries within promised time frames<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all documentation required by other departments to service member\u2019s request is completed promptly and in accordance to the operations procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve difficult customer issues that arise or escalate complaints to the Team Leader<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coach and educate Members on the value-add products, such as overall benefits of the program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete general administration tasks and follow-up on customer enquiries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend informational program overviews as required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain compliance of monitoring guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Grace Tan via email (grace.tan@peoplelake.asia) or WhatsApp (+6018-780 1215).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About The Company: The company specializes in providing call center services for various industries.
