{"id":15171,"date":"2025-02-25T08:28:58","date_gmt":"2025-02-25T08:28:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=15171"},"modified":"2025-02-25T08:29:03","modified_gmt":"2025-02-25T08:29:03","slug":"finance-manager-shah-alam","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/zh\/jobs\/finance-manager-shah-alam\/","title":{"rendered":"Finance Manager (Shah Alam)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>About The Company:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company operates in the financial services industry, specializing in providing financing solutions and capital management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Position: Finance Manager (Shah Alam)<\/strong> <strong>(Salary up to RM10,000)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare and present accurate monthly financial statements, reports, and forecasts to Top Management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and financial plans.Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and project ledger functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including Service Tax, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, and Global Minimum Tax, and ensure timely submission of all tax returns for the company and expatriates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.Ensure internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide financial guidance and support to other departments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare Quarterly Financial Reports for Group consolidation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the Treasury function and liaise with bankers on required facilities or bank queries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounts for subsidiaries, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by the Company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and financial software.
