Their client base encompasses corporations, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Responsible for full spectrum of accounting functions including AR, AP, FA &amp; General Ledger as well as consolidation accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and perform profit and loss analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure proper, accurate and complete recording of accounting entries into the systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting including but not limited to Monthly Operating Report\/ Month end accounting closing and report \/ Corporate taxes filings \/ Sales &amp; Indirect taxes filings \/ GST and ensure that the deadlines of these reports are met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare cashflow forecast, liaise and interface with the banks &amp; HQ to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the tax and legal consultants to meet the local statutory filing and reporting requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interface with other departments and countries to support the operations and projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintains accounting controls by updating, recommending, and ensuring alignment to HQ policies &amp; procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance to IFRS and local accounting standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for the external and internal financial and tax audits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for the monthly forecast and annual budget.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must have chartered qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, MICPA etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting &amp; Finance field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess a strong foundation in accounting principle and has experience in external audit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to lead and supervise team members to ensure timely work is done<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, including financial reporting and month-end close activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience, capability, and creativity to support change and process improvements, with a willingness to share perspectives in group discussions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in English is essential, added advantage to have fluency in Mandarin as well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and within a flexible team environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced computer skills, particularly with Windows and Microsoft-based applications, are advantageous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please be informed that only shortlisted candidate will be notified.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kindly contact Ms. Jamie via WhatsApp at 012-2389953 or via email at jamie.tan@peoplelake.asia if you need further information<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Client The company offers a comprehensive range of services, including global trading, asset management, securities underwriting, and investment advisory.
