They are dedicated to driving progress in the energy sector while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify potential customers and reach out to discuss suitable solutions. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate with new and existing customers through calls, digital platforms (emails, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), and in-person meetings. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand customers\u2019 needs and recommend appropriate solutions, including preparing proposals and quotations. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schedule and conduct presentations (both in-person and online) to demonstrate the benefits of our solutions. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negotiate and finalize sales terms, including tenders and contract agreements. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gather and compile required customer documentation for project purposes. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as the key contact person for customers, from initial business discussions to project completion. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in sales, marketing, and branding activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, webinars, and Facebook Live events. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to project tenders and prepare final project proposals for submission. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and update sales reports for discussions with the management team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements: <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum <strong>2 years<\/strong> of experience in sales and marketing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferred industry: Engineering or related fields where skills and experience can be adapted to selling engineering solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Added advantage<\/strong>: Candidates with an existing network of potential clients who can be converted into customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Education &amp; Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum <strong>Diploma<\/strong> in Engineering (Electrical\/Electronic), Business, Commerce, Marketing, or Mass Communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proficient in <strong>MS Office<\/strong> (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong <strong>presentation skills<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good <strong>sales acumen<\/strong>, including negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent <strong>organizational and time management skills<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to <strong>work independently<\/strong> and manage multiple projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Grace Tan via email (grace.tan@peoplelake.asia) or WhatsApp (+6018-780 1215). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About The Company:\u00a0 Our client specializes in providing innovative and sustainable energy solutions.
