Your work will directly contribute to enhancing user experience, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving business growth.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will act as a key liaison between the Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and System teams, gathering feedback, proposing system enhancements, support new product development and ensuring the timely resolution of service issues.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to translate business needs into product improvements, and a structured approach to problem-solving.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><br>Communication &amp; Coordination<br>\u25cf Act as a bridge between the product team and other departments, ensuring smooth information flow and clear communication of system updates.<br>\u25cf Participate in product and service strategy discussions for feature enhancements and operational improvements.<br>\u25cf Work closely with internal teams to gather and organize feedback regarding system and service improvements.<br>\u25cf Work closely with external stakeholders to ensure seamless system upgrades and address system-related issues, report incidents, and resolution processes.<br>\u25cf Communicate system issues and requirements to the technical team, ensuring clear documentation and follow-ups.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>System &amp; Product Improvement<br>\u25cf Track system performance and identify potential system enhancement improvements based on data and user feedback.<br>\u25cf Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new features, reporting bugs and areas for optimization.<br>\u25cf Oversee the integration of updates such as routing adjustments, geofencing modifications, and service updates to enhance operations.<br>\u25cf Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new product launches and service areas.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting<br>\u25cf Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as system performance, service efficiency, user engagement, and booking performance to product decisions guide decision-making.<br>\u25cf Generate insights from operational data to support service optimization and business development opportunities.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Good To Have<br>\u25cf 3-5 years of experience in product coordination, service operations, system development, or a related field.<br>\u25cf Strong communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.<br>\u25cf Experience in gathering and organizing requests and feedback to drive product decisions.<br>\u25cf Basic Excel and data analysis skills to support product insight.<br>\u25cf Able to read, write and speak Japanese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feel free to reach out to Jeslyn at her email &#8211; <em>jeslyn.kan@peoplelake.asia<\/em> for more info<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Role Overview:As a Senior Associate, Product, at the company, you will play a key role in improving and evolving transportation service systems, including mobile apps and online reservation platforms.
