With a commitment to transparency and cutting-edge technology, the company offers traders a reliable and secure platform to achieve their financial goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handling and monitoring clients\u2019 deposits and withdrawals, making sure they are carried out as per relevant regulations and guidelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update the CRM and Platform systems with relevant information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with Back Office Manager for any issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle any client requests\/complaints and perform a timely investigation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisting Onboarding\/Support in replying to client queries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate\/Assist the Compliance and Risk Team regarding specific clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conciliating with customers and service providers on payment issues via different channels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other ad-hoc duties as per management\u2019s request<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum 1-year experience in a relevant position in the Finance industry will be considered an advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>University \/ College Degree in Business \/ Economics \/ Finance or any relevant field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in a client facing position will be considered an advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A team player with excellent communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Native or near native in Chinese and Fluent in verbal and written English (additional languages are an advantage)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Hoyyian at her email at&nbsp;<strong>hoyyian.tang@peoplelake.asia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please be informed that only shortlisted candidate will be notified<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the company: Our client is a well-established multi regulated Australian broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies.
