Our client is a young and dynamic fast-growing digital solution company providing Cross-border e-commerce application aggregation platform, extending their business to Malaysia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Handling recruitment process from job posting to screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference check, job offering, on-boarding and off-boarding with the objective to identify and hire qualified candidates for respective business units within the hiring timeline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Ensure the company complies with Malaysian labor laws and regulations in all HR practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Review and developing Company\u2019s policy & procedures and employee handbook (HR Policies, Procedures, and Manual).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Handling HR documentations including employment contract, employment confirmation, resignation, employment verification and any related documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Handling disciplinary issues, conduct domestic inquiry, staff counselling and other employee\u2019s relation matters in compliance with local legislation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Handling payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Handling compensation & benefits program to ensure competitiveness that match the market trend<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and promote career growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. To plan, coordinating, and organizing employee activities and events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Responsible for subordinates\u2019 performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Any other ad hoc assignments assigned by the Management from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. At least 5 years of working experience related in Human Resources functions, experience in strategic sourcing is a plus. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Able to work under stress, strong analytical and problem-solving skill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Enjoy working in fast-paced environment independently with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Required language(s): Fluent in Mandarin is compulsory, additional proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
