{"id":15470,"date":"2025-04-22T17:39:53","date_gmt":"2025-04-22T17:39:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=15470"},"modified":"2025-04-22T17:41:54","modified_gmt":"2025-04-22T17:41:54","slug":"hr-specialist","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/zh\/jobs\/hr-specialist\/","title":{"rendered":"HR Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About the Company:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our client is a young and dynamic fast-growing digital solution company providing Cross-border e-commerce application aggregation platform, extending their business to Malaysia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handling recruitment process from job posting to screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference check, job offering, on-boarding and off-boarding with the objective to identify and hire qualified candidates for respective business units within the hiring timeline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the company complies with Malaysian labor laws and regulations in all HR practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and developing Company\u2019s policy &amp; procedures and employee handbook (HR Policies, Procedures, and Manual).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling HR documentations including employment contract, employment confirmation, resignation, employment verification and any related documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling disciplinary issues, conduct domestic inquiry, staff counselling and other employee\u2019s relation matters in compliance with local legislation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling compensation &amp; benefits program to ensure competitiveness that match the market trend<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and promote career growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To plan, coordinating, and organizing employee activities and events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for subordinates\u2019 performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any other ad hoc assignments assigned by the Management from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 5 years of working experience related in Human Resources functions, experience in strategic sourcing is a plus. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work under stress, strong analytical and problem-solving skill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enjoy working in fast-paced environment independently with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Required language(s): Fluent in Mandarin is compulsory, additional proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Gina Koh at her email, gina.koh@peoplelake.asia or contact her at 016-6948780 via WhatsApp. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Company: Our client is a young and dynamic fast-growing digital solution company providing Cross-border e-commerce application aggregation platform, extending their business to Malaysia.
