They are seeking a young and dynamic Marketing Manager to join their growing team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Role Overview<\/strong><br><br>Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across the group&#8217;s businesses, including both consumer-facing and enterprise offerings. This role requires a highly adaptable individual who can lead campaigns, build brand presence, support sales with tailored materials, and make real-time decisions based on performance data. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with business development, product, and operations teams to deliver marketing that supports growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Strategy &amp; Execution<\/strong> <br>&#8211; Develop and implement marketing strategies across both consumer and enterprise business lines. <br>&#8211; Align campaigns with business objectives, go-to-market plans, and product timelines. &#8211; Lead execution across paid, owned, and earned channels (ads, social, email, content, events).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Performance Marketing &amp; Content <\/strong><br>&#8211; Plan and manage digital campaigns, including paid acquisition, CRM, and remarketing. <br>&#8211; Create or oversee production of content for websites, product decks, social media, and marketing collateral. <br>&#8211; Work with external vendors (designers, developers, agencies) where required, but own the output.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sales &amp; Commercial Support <\/strong><br>&#8211; Build and maintain sales enablement materials for the business development team (presentations, brochures, landing pages). <br>&#8211; Tailor messaging for enterprise clients and adapt it based on feedback from the sales pipeline.<br>&#8211; Collaborate with merchant teams to drive B2B2C campaigns, co-marketing efforts, and field activations. <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Brand &amp; Communication <\/strong><br>&#8211; Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets and touchpoints. <br>&#8211; Support the execution of company-wide branding initiatives, including rebranding, platform launches, and partnerships. <br>&#8211; Manage public-facing messaging, copy tone, and brand voice across teams.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Analytics &amp; Optimizations <\/strong><br>&#8211; Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics: ROAS, CPL, engagement, conversion. <br>&#8211; Work closely with the business analyst to refine channels and budgets based on actual performance. <br>&#8211; Adjust strategies continuously to improve lead quality, customer acquisition, and retention outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5+ years of marketing experience, ideally spanning both B2C and B2B contexts. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong grasp of digital marketing, CRM tools, and content development workflows. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable executing campaigns directly when needed. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with lean teams and limited resources \u2014 startup or high-growth environment preferred. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><br>For more information, you may reach out to Gina Koh at her email, gina.koh@peoplelake.asia or contact her at 016-6948780 via WhatsApp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Company: Our client is a leading provider of reward and cashback systems for B2C retail solutions.
