It serves various sectors, including semiconductors, life sciences, and medical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About the role:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Supply Chain Manager oversees end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless material flow to support business objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About the role:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and supplier relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and material planning to ensure supply continuity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to drive process improvements and cost reductions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure supplier performance meets company standards, including on-time delivery and quality compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, inventory turnover, and cost savings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead contract negotiations, supplier agreements, and risk mitigation strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive sustainability initiatives and compliance with regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) in supply chain processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote continuous improvement through process standardization and automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure adherence to safety, occupational health regulations, and company policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support cross-functional teams in achieving business and operational goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Min Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and an all-rounder logistician.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Well-verse in custom operations knowledge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven track record of managing and optimizing supply chain operations and relationships with suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and make datadriven decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent negotiation and communication skills for working with suppliers, vendors and internal teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience in local logistics companies would be preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-depth knowledge of logistics, warehousing and inventory management best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid organizational and project management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A strategic and analytical mind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate supply chain risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Jamie at her email at\u00a0<strong>jamie.tan@peoplelake.asia<\/strong> or WhatsApp 012-2389953<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Client A Malaysian precision engineering company specializing in CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and assembly services.
