of application projects (waterfall and agile) to meet user requirements, objectives, cost, timeline and expected benefits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Job Responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Project Management<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage projects to meet scope, objectives, timelines and costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee interdependent work streams and ensure transparent, timely reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage project CAPEX until handover, assist in business case preparation and participate in RFP and contract management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stakeholder Communication<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders on project status, changes and risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand business needs, suggest ideas and maintain continuous communication with teams and vendors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct meetings with stakeholders and senior management, preparing approval papers for initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Project Standards<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use standard project management methods and tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise ITIL Change Management processes and ensure proper documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure projects meet internal standards and specifications, conduct Post Implementation Reviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Team and Supplier Management<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage supplier delivery and quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead project teams to minimize defects during SIT\/UAT\/Production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Project Management Skills:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong understanding of software development life cycle models and in-depth knowledge of both traditional and agile project management principles and practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to coordinate and plan sprints around business requirements, cultivating Agile values and principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with Agile frameworks or methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with requirement gathering through user stories, prioritizing, facilitating workshops, and documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skilled in business partnering, ability to learn new business domains, requirements elicitation and management, business process analysis and design, and usability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Requirements:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree with honours in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, which is recognized by the government.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A minimum of 10 years of experience in leading and implementing projects using Agile\/Scrum practices is required, along with strong skills in project monitoring and tracking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completion of at least 5 end-to-end project lifecycles (from inception to operations).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recent exposure (within the last 5 years) in Financial Services Industry such as Bank, Insurance, Investment Firms, Fintech Companies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with ERP such as SAP \/ Oracle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project Management \/ AGILE \/ SCRUM Master
