You<br>will create the look, layout and features of our product tools, websites and landing pages.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design and develop visually compelling, user-friendly, and responsive website<br>layouts, wireframes, and mockups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create websites that are visually appealing and intuitive, ensuring ease of navigation<br>and optimal user experience (UX\/UI).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all websites are optimized for speed, usability, performance, and cross<br>browser compatibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design websites that work seamlessly across multiple devices and screen sizes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, brand requirements, and<br>provide professional design recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present design concepts to clients and incorporate their feedback into the<br>development process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guide clients on design best practices and functionality to achieve their desired<br>online presence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and support for existing websites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure websites remain polished, cohesive, and perform optimally after launch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute content and module updates accurately and on time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to align website<br>designs with branding, business goals, and technical requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with developers to implement design elements and ensure smooth<br>execution of design-to-development transitions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, tools, technologies, and best<br>practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regularly research and explore innovative design techniques to continuously improve<br>website functionality and user experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To undertake any other directives, duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management<br>from time to time.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Criteria<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proven experience designing and developing websites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in <strong>HTML, CSS, JavaScript<\/strong>, and responsive web design techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid understanding of <strong>UX\/UI<\/strong> design principles and the ability to create user-centered<br>designs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with website optimization tools and techniques to enhance performance,<br>speed, and accessibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all web<br>assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to read and create Chinese website content will be advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work on-site office located at Puchong.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Hoyyian at her email at&nbsp;<strong>hoyyian.tang@peoplelake.asia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please be informed that only shortlisted candidate will be notified<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job descriptionThe ideal candidate is a skilled creative professional that thrives in a team environment.
