As they expand into Malaysia, they are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support their new digital marketing services business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and manage social media strategies, accounts, and audience engagement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create compelling content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), TikTok, and others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with sales, product, and IT teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>At least 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing<\/strong>, with hands-on experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong skills in SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leadership experience is an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work well under pressure with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Must be fluent in Mandarin<\/strong>; proficiency in English is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Grace Tan via email (grace.tan@peoplelake.asia) or WhatsApp (+6018-780 1215).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the company: Our client is a fast-growing digital solutions company that builds platforms for cross-border e-commerce.
