You will lead the design of high-profile hospitality projects such as <strong>hotels and resorts<\/strong>, collaborating closely with both local and China-based teams.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead concept development and design execution for hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with internal teams and the China office to deliver cohesive design outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop detailed drawings, plans, and specifications to bring concepts to life.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and ensure quality control of technical drawings, shop drawings, and samples\/mock-ups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present designs and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage fast-paced projects while maintaining design integrity.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Must-Have:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum <strong>10 years of experience<\/strong> with a <strong>focus on hospitality design<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong project leadership and space planning experience in hotel design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent in <strong>spoken and written English and Mandarin<\/strong> (collaborate with China team).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly skilled in:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>AutoCAD<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SketchUp<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enscape<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Adobe Photoshop<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong conceptual design and narrative skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent schematic design and development capabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compelling presentation and interpersonal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage complex, fast-paced projects with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Hoyyian at her email at&nbsp;<strong>hoyyian.tang@peoplelake.asia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please be informed that only shortlisted candidate will be notified<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in hospitality design to join our team.
