Job Summary: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our client is seeking a data-driven leader to scale user acquisition, monetization, and partnerships. You\u2019ll own the full revenue funnel, from viral growth to B2B monetization, leveraging our client’s traction to dominate the AI avatar space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Growth Marketing & User Acquisition<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Scale performance marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, influencer campaigns) for high
      ROI installs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Optimize social virality (TikTok\/Reels\/YouTube Shorts) and community-led growth (Discord,
      Reddit, gaming forums).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Lead ASO, SEO, and affiliate marketing to boost organic acquisition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experiment with AI-generated ad creatives (using our avatar tech for personalized ads).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      2. Monetization Strategy & Revenue Optimization<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Develop and execute monetization strategies to meet revenue targets (advertising,
        subscriptions, in-app purchases, B2B licensing).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Optimize pricing models and user segmentation for maximum LTV.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Analyze user behavior and engagement to refine monetization tactics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Identify new revenue streams (e.g., virtual goods, enterprise APIs, white-label solutions).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        3. B2B Sales & Strategic Partnerships<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Build and manage a high-velocity sales pipeline for B2B\/API deals (gaming studios, fintech,

        • Onboard and manage partners (social platforms, game engines like Unity\/Unreal, SaaS
          providers).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Negotiate revenue-sharing agreements and drive API adoption.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            • Proven track record in:

              o Monetizing consumer apps<\/strong> (subscriptions, virtual goods) and B2B tech<\/strong> (APIs, enterprise sales).
              o Driving revenue through strategic partnerships.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Data-obsessed: Proficient in analytics (Mixpanel, GA4, SQL<\/strong>), A\/B testing, and pricing optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Technical familiarity: Understanding of API-based business models and app ecosystems.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
