{"id":15731,"date":"2025-06-04T04:08:02","date_gmt":"2025-06-04T04:08:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=15731"},"modified":"2025-06-04T09:35:38","modified_gmt":"2025-06-04T09:35:38","slug":"assistant-manager-sales","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/zh\/jobs\/assistant-manager-sales\/","title":{"rendered":"Assistant Manager &#8211; Sales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>1.Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and foster strong client relationships within the real estate sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals aligned with the company&#8217;s objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, property developers, and other stakeholders to enhance business opportunities, drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess a thorough understanding of the company&#8217;s projects to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients and prospects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead and participate in roadshows, exhibitions and events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify new market opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to develop integrated sales and marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and promotional activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2.Qualifications\/Requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced\/Higher\/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\u2019s Degree Post Graduate Diploma, Business Studies\/ Real Estate \/ Economics, Marketing or equivalent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least five (3) years\u2019 experience in related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer literature and knowledge in Microsoft Office.
