They also support their own growing internal team with strong HR processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Role Summary: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR Services team. The HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients while managing the internal HR operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a deep understanding of Malaysian labor laws, HR systems, and client relationship management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee delivery of client-facing HR services: recruitment, payroll, benefits, leave, claims, onboarding, and compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage internal HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead and develop a team of HR executives and specialists.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure service delivery meets SLAs and quality standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build strong client relationships and act as the escalation point.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee HRIS and payroll systems; ensure data integrity and compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Skills: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum 5\u20138 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candidates with a background in<strong> IT or Fintech industry.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in a shared services or client-facing HR role preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency with HRIS and payroll software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in both written and spoken <strong>English and Mandarin<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CHRP, MIHRM) are an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with HR analytics and service quality metrics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, kindly contact <strong>Gina<\/strong> via WhatsApp at&nbsp;<strong>016-6948780&nbsp;<\/strong>or via email at&nbsp;<strong>gina.koh@peoplelake.asia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About our client: Our client is a shared services company that provides end-to-end Human Resource services to software development firms and other fast-growing clients.
