Work with the customer support team to ensure a smooth and professional client experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the marketing and back-office teams to create the required sales and marketing materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners. Focus on retaining and reactivating clients and partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negotiate partnership terms based on existing rebate structures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor affiliate and partner performance regularly, helping them improve their results and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct market and competitor research, and share insights about the customer journey with management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the company\u2019s policies and regulatory requirements with a responsible and ethical approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend business meetings and industry conferences when needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>FX\/CFD or online trading experience<\/strong> is strongly preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fluent in English and Mandarin<\/strong> \u2013 experience or strong connections in the region is a big plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/strong> (Master\u2019s preferred) in Accounting, Business, Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong focus on <strong>client service<\/strong> with great customer service and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent <strong>communication and writing skills<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to <strong>influence and negotiate<\/strong> win-win outcomes for both the company and the client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Self-driven, motivated, competitive<\/strong>, and eager to succeed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can work <strong>independently and as part of a team<\/strong> with a positive, can-do attitude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Grace Tan via email (grace.tan@peoplelake.asia) or WhatsApp (+6018-780 1215)<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the company: Our client is a multi-regulated brokerage firm established in Australia, offering CFD trading across a wide range of global financial instruments, including indices, commodities, stocks, and various other asset classes.
