Through innovative technology and strategic partnerships, they empower global commerce with secure, efficient, and inclusive solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Financial and Regulatory Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establish processes and controls for financial and regulatory reporting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling all aspects of Finance related regulatory reporting to ensure financial compliance with regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide oversight over the daily Finance related regulatory reporting process to ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports, survey and disclosure requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with finance operations shared services team to ensure timely reporting for both internal and external reporting as well as audits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive and coordinate with various stakeholders on implementing new and \/or revised Finance related regulatory and financial reporting requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with regulators on Finance related regulatory reporting matters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct analysis, assess and advise the financial and capital impact on the changes in regulatory requirements and vice versa impact of business strategy on regulatory requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FP&amp;A:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Budgeting and forecasting on short, medium and long-term financial projections to achieve the Company\u2019s growth objectives and initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leading the annual budgeting process, including capital expenditure planning, cost efficiency and operational productivity analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong ability to articulate and present financial data and strategies to senior management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver relevant and consistent accounting and management information together with the right analytical insights to help the management in their decision making as well as understanding the underlying financials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor the business performance and help business to understand the trends, variances and underlying drivers for the same<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the business decisioning process by providing essential analytical skills, financial models where required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with Central FP&amp;A Finance team on regular financial reviews and reporting matters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in new products analysis while providing strategic financial inputs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 years Finance experience and with experience in sharia lending<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good command of spoken and written English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in Financial reporting, FP&amp;A &amp; Regulatory reporting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong business sense and insight in fintech or financial services, solid financial accounting and regulatory reporting knowledge, and strong data mining and analysis skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with liquidity, funding, capital and cashflow management is a plus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passionate, Self- driven, independent, hands-on and result-oriented person<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team player, agile with strong adaptability and resistance to pressure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strategic thinker with the ability to envision and execute innovative solutions in a rapidly evolving industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please be informed that only shortlisted candidate will be notified<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Jamie at her email at&nbsp;<strong>jamie.tan@peoplelake.asia<\/strong>&nbsp;or text her at +6012-2389953 (WhatsApp message only)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Client Enable seamless cross-border payments and digital financial services for businesses and consumers worldwide.
