This role will design and execute strategic L&amp;D programs, leadership development initiatives, and talent retention strategies to support business growth in Malaysia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will collaborate with HR, business leaders, and external partners to foster a culture of continuous learning, career growth, and high performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Learning &amp; Development Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and implement a\u00a0<strong>comprehensive L&amp;D roadmap<\/strong>\u00a0aligned with business goals and Malaysia\u2019s talent landscape.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead\u00a0<strong>leadership development programs<\/strong>\u00a0(e.g., high-potential talent pipelines, succession planning).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive\u00a0<strong>digital learning transformation<\/strong>\u00a0(e.g., e-learning platforms, microlearning, AI-driven training).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate training effectiveness through\u00a0<strong>KPIs (completion rates, skill application, ROI)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Talent Management &amp; Retention<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design and execute\u00a0<strong>talent development frameworks<\/strong>\u00a0(competency models, career pathways).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with HR on\u00a0<strong>performance management, engagement surveys, and retention strategies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement\u00a0<strong>diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives<\/strong>\u00a0in talent development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify\u00a0<strong>critical skills gaps<\/strong>\u00a0and develop upskilling\/reskilling programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Stakeholder &amp; Vendor Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work with\u00a0<strong>business leaders<\/strong>\u00a0to assess training needs and align programs with workforce demands.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage relationships with\u00a0<strong>external training providers, universities, and government-linked programs<\/strong>\u00a0(e.g., HRD Corp Malaysia).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee\u00a0<strong>budgeting and cost optimization<\/strong>\u00a0for L&amp;D initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.
