As a Systems Engineer, you<br>will be responsible for managing project assessments, customer requirements, site surveys,<br>planning, design, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting, support, and maintenance.<br>You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project implementation, resolve<br>technical issues, and deliver exceptional customer service.<br><br><br><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including assessment, planning, design, testing, troubleshooting, support, and maintenance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster teamwork, collaborate with technical support teams, and deliver excellent customer service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively address and resolve technical support issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform preventive maintenance, create documentation, and develop user guides.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Install and test proof of concepts, ensure project timelines, and provide timely reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate and produce formal documentation for major escalations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive process improvement and coordinate cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct periodic service and maintenance reviews with customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accountability for Professional Services and Maintenance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure SLAs are met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Align priorities, work assignments, processes, and metrics with superiors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage Managed Services communication, planning, prioritization, scheduling, technology, support, and quality control.<br><br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirement<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3-8 years of hands-on experience with Hyper-Converge Infrastructure (HCI) technologies, including but not limited to Nutanix, Hyperflex, VSAN, Sangfor, VMware, HyperV, Redhat Virtualization, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, SCCM, MSSQL, Veeam, Commvault, and Cohesity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with Cloud, Linux, Redhat Openshift, Networking, and SharePoint is advantageous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess a positive attitude with excellent communication skills in English or additional languages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capable of providing timely and courteous customer service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated good time management and punctuality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commitment to continuous self-development and training to fulfill responsibilities effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to work beyond regular office hours if required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Malaysian citizenship or relevant residence status is mandatory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have own transportation, valid driving license, and passport.<br><br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Hoyyian at her email at&nbsp;<strong>hoyyian.tang@peoplelake.asia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please be informed that only shortlisted candidate will be notified<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the company: Our client specializes in delivering comprehensive IT solutions with a focus on cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation services.
