Since its incorporation in 2018, the company has specialized in <strong>PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly)<\/strong> and a wide range of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, coils, and transformers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee daily SMT production operations to ensure on-time delivery and quality output.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage SMT staff scheduling, training, and performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all machines are properly maintained, calibrated, and utilized efficiently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with planning, engineering, and QA departments for smooth workflow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review production reports, yield, and downtime, and implement improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with IPC standards and company quality systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead troubleshooting for machine, process, or quality issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage inventory and material control for SMT components.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare reports and updates to senior management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least a bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering or equivalent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 5 years of working experience in related industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical Knowledge\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong understanding of SMT machines\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of PCB design and assembly processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with reflow soldering, AOI, SPI, and X-ray inspection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leadership &amp; Management\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ability to lead and manage SMT team members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan production schedules and ensure targets are met<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Train operators and enforce quality control standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem Solving\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Troubleshoot machine or process issues quickly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyse production data to improve efficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication &amp; Coordination\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coordinate with planning, engineering, and quality departments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good reporting and documentation skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Required language(s):\u00a0Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please be informed that only shortlisted candidate will be notified<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Jamie at her email at&nbsp;<strong>jamie.tan@peoplelake.asia<\/strong>&nbsp;or text her at +6012-2389953 (WhatsApp message only)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Client Our client is a rapidly growing electronics manufacturing company based in Perak, Malaysia, operating as a key regional hub for a well-established international group headquartered in Asia.
