Since its incorporation in 2018, the company has specialized in&nbsp;<strong>PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly)<\/strong>&nbsp;and a wide range of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, coils, and transformers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead Product Engineering Activities\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage and lead the product engineering team to support SMT\/PCB assembly production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New Product Introduction (NPI)\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coordinate NPI projects from design handover to mass production.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process Development &amp; Optimization\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and improve SMT assembly processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and yield.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate new equipment, materials, and technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engineering Support to Production\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide real-time technical support to resolve production issues.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubleshoot quality or process deviations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quality &amp; Compliance Assurance\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure products meet IPC, ISO, RoHS, and customer standards.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with QA\/QC to handle audits and corrective actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cost &amp; Yield Improvement\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead initiatives to reduce manufacturing costs and improve production yields through process improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training &amp; Development\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Train engineers and technicians on new processes, procedures, and technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>KPI &amp; Reporting\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for engineering performance and report regularly to management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least a bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering or equivalent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 5 years of working experience in related industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical Knowledge of SMT &amp; PCB Assembly\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deep understanding of SMT machines, reflow soldering, stencil printing, AOI, SPI, and wave soldering\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiar with PCB layout, Gerber files, BOMs, and component specifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New Product Introduction (NPI)\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Skilled in managing NPI projects and implementing DFM\/DFT principles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process Optimization &amp; Troubleshooting\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong analytical skills in identifying process issues, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project Management\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Able to plan, coordinate, and lead cross-functional teams on product or process projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of Standards &amp; Compliance\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Familiar with IPC standards (IPC-A-610), ISO 9001, RoHS, and ESD practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quality &amp; Yield Improvement\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proficient in using quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, and control plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Software Proficiency &#8211; Skilled in CAD tools, ERP systems, and statistical tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Required language(s):\u00a0Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please be informed that only shortlisted candidate will be notified<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Jamie at her email at&nbsp;<strong>jamie.tan@peoplelake.asia<\/strong>&nbsp;or text her at +6012-2389953 (WhatsApp message only)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Client Our client is a&nbsp;rapidly growing electronics manufacturing company based in Perak, Malaysia, operating as a key regional hub for a well-established international group headquartered in Asia.
