Since its incorporation in 2018, the company has specialized in&nbsp;<strong>PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly)<\/strong>&nbsp;and a wide range of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, coils, and transformers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee SMT Manufacturing Operations\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage and improve the SMT and PCB assembly production processes to ensure high efficiency, quality, and throughput.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process Development &amp; Optimization\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes including solder paste printing, pick-and-place, reflow soldering, and inspection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead New Product Introduction (NPI)\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coordinate engineering support for NPI activities; ensure smooth transition from engineering to mass production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubleshooting &amp; Problem Solving\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues (yield loss, downtime, quality failures).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage Engineering Team\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supervise and mentor manufacturing\/process engineers and technicians; allocate tasks and evaluate performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuous Improvement &amp; Lean Projects\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as cycle time reduction, layout improvement, and cost-saving projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quality &amp; Compliance\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure processes comply with IPC standards, ESD requirements, and customer specifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capacity Planning &amp; Equipment Management\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plan equipment capacity, identify bottlenecks, and recommend investments or upgrades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Qualification: At least a bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering or equivalent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in related industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skills:\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SMT Process Expertise\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong knowledge of SMT production processes (solder paste printing, pick-and-place, reflow soldering, AOI, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lean Manufacturing &amp; Kaizen\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Skilled in implementing lean tools (5S, VSM, root cause analysis, continuous improvement).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equipment &amp; Process Optimization\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in evaluating, installing, and optimizing SMT equipment and production lines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Production Troubleshooting\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills to handle quality, yield, or equipment issues in real-time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New Product Introduction (NPI)\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Able to lead NPI process including DFM, process validation, and first article builds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proficient in using data to track KPIs, analyse trends, and drive improvements (OEE, FPY, downtime, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team Leadership &amp; Development\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ability to lead a team of engineers and technicians, provide coaching, and build engineering capability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quality Standards Knowledge\u00a0\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Familiar with IPC standards, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ESD control practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Required language(s):\u00a0Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please be informed that only shortlisted candidate will be notified<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Jamie at her email at&nbsp;<strong>jamie.tan@peoplelake.asia<\/strong>&nbsp;or text her at +6012-2389953 (WhatsApp message only)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Client Our client is a&nbsp;rapidly growing electronics manufacturing company based in Perak, Malaysia, operating as a key regional hub for a well-established international group headquartered in Asia.
