Our client is a market leader in delivering specialised and integrated engineering solutions, including EPCC projects, industrial process plant and equipment fabrication and installation, engineering product supply, and critical plant maintenance services. Their clientele spans a wide range of sectors, particularly water and electricity utilities, oil and gas, petrochemical, agro-based industries, and other general industrial facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Oversee and ensure the smooth functioning of the Finance department across the Group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Supervise the preparation of management accounts by accounts personnel and attend to annual financial audit (E-Invoicing implemented \/ SST to be registered by July 2025).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Liaison with tax agent on various tax issues i.e. submission of tax estimates\/tax returns\/attending to IRB tax audit, look out for tax planning opportunities for the company, corporate tax filing, withholding tax submission and payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Attend to treasury functions i.e. securing\/monitoring of trade facilities (attending to ad-hoc issues pertaining to L\/C \/ BG) and term loan facility where required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Forex management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Assist in Company secretarial matters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Attend to directors’ personal tax (tax filing, tax audit etc) matters. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. To ensure that internal controls are effectively implemented in key areas of concern identified by Management.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Requirements: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other relevant disciplines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A min. of 10 years of hands-on experience in financial management and operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Candidates with strong leadership experience are preferred. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Mandarin and other Chinese dialects, is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
