{"id":16024,"date":"2025-07-16T07:20:42","date_gmt":"2025-07-16T07:20:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=16024"},"modified":"2025-09-09T16:19:13","modified_gmt":"2025-09-09T16:19:13","slug":"web-application-development-technical-lead","status":"expired","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/zh\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&p=16024","title":{"rendered":".NET Web Application Development Technical Lead (Work from Home)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>About the Company:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Australia based software development consulting agency that provides web and mobile application development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About the Role<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Web Application Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in a technical leadership role. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This position combines hands-on software development with strategic leadership, team supervision, and agile project management. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The successful candidate will design, develop, and lead the implementation of robust web applications using the .NET framework while guiding a team of developers, ensuring quality delivery, and aligning efforts with business goals.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable and efficient web applications using the .NET framework.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with internal stakeholders, product managers, and UI\/UX designers to understand business requirements and transform them into scalable solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Architect solutions that are robust, maintainable, and aligned with strategic business goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the responsiveness, performance, and security of applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop user interfaces for web applications using modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular or Blazor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure consistency and usability through responsive and accessible UI design, to ensure a seamless user experience across various devices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain efficient and scalable server-side logic and services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop secure APIs and integrate third-party systems and services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide architectural guidance on microservices, RESTful APIs, and data-driven backend processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design, manage, and optimise database schemas and stored procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and encourage best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement testing strategies to ensure high-quality code delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET Core\/.NET 6+ and C#.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or Blazor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and secure web service integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in SQL Server or other RDBMS;
