Through innovative technology and strategic partnerships, they empower global commerce with secure, efficient, and inclusive solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Financial Closing &amp; Local Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead end-to-end monthly\/annual closing processes (3-day closing cycle)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare standalone financial statements or Management Accounts for local entities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage annual audits (coordinate with local auditors)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Intercompany Accounting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reconcile transactions across 100+ subsidiaries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain intercompany ledgers and aging report and settle in time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set up end-to end mechanism to monitor the intercompany reconciliation process internal control is in place<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Payroll &amp; Customer Fund\/Treasure Funds\/Tax Accounting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee Payroll &amp;Customer Fund\/Treasure Funds\/Tax accounting to make sure accuracy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage monthly reconciliation and solve discrepancies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set up end-to end mechanism to monitor the intercompany reconciliation process internal control is in place<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ACCA\/CPA certification with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Over 10 years of experience in financial operations, including at least 3 years in audit and 4 years in corporate financial management. Experience in FinTech or multinational corporate headquarters is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated ability to build end-to-end financial control systems, such as automated reconciliation workflows. Experience in implementing SOX controls in multinational environments is preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in handling cross-boarder management report filings in different jurisdiction and central bank reporting requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent in both English and Mandarin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated success in managing cross functional collaborations across different departments (e.g., finance, IT, legal, business) while leading a team.
