Since its incorporation in 2018, the company has specialized in&nbsp;<strong>PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly)<\/strong>&nbsp;and a wide range of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, coils, and transformers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct time and motion studies to improve line efficiency and eliminate non-value-added activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform line balancing, workstation optimization, and layout improvements for SMT and assembly areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead cost reduction projects through productivity, material usage, and process improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, Engineering) to support operational excellence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and implement work instructions, standard operating procedures, and ergonomic setups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and report KPIs such as efficiency, cycle time, and labor productivity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) by estimating manpower, capacity, and equipment needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan factory layout changes based on capacity and production flow requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO and workplace safety standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u20133 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or high-volume production environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of time study, line balancing, and productivity improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in data analysis and process simulation tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, AutoCAD, or related IE tools).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiar with lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement methods (Kaizen, 5S, VSM).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with layout planning, capacity analysis, and ergonomics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good interpersonal and communication skills across functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please be informed that only shortlisted candidate will be notified<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Jamie at her email at&nbsp;<strong>jamie.tan@peoplelake.asia<\/strong>&nbsp;or text her at +6012-2389953 (WhatsApp message only)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Client Our client is a&nbsp;rapidly growing electronics manufacturing company based in Perak, Malaysia, operating as a key regional hub for a well-established international group headquartered in Asia.
