Key Responsibilities<\/strong>
1.Fundraising & Investor Relations

\u2022Create and refine pitch decks, investor memos, and fundraising materials
\u2022Manage investor pipelines via CRM, track outreach and follow-ups
\u2022Coordinate logistics for investor meetings \u2014 scheduling, notes, follow-up actions
\u2022Assist leadership team during investor pitches and due diligence processes
\u2022Monitor investor data room and maintain up-to-date documents
\u2022Take charge of follow-ups, scheduling, and materials for investor meetings
\u2022Assist in pitching to potential investors
\u2022Help compile and update key metrics and reports

2.Investment Strategy & Market Intelligence

\u2022Conduct market and competitor research to support fundraising narrative and internal decision-making
\u2022Analyse relevant industry trends, deal flow patterns, and investor activities
\u2022Assist in maintaining and updating the company\u2019s cap table and funding model
\u2022Support internal reporting on capital runway, fundraising scenarios, and financial projections
\u2022Identify relevant investors (VCs, CVCs, family offices) aligned with our industry and stage

3.Strategic Partnerships

\u2022Identify and approach relevant VCs, CVCs, accelerators, government grant bodies, or enterprise partners
\u2022Conduct research and prepare tailored briefing notes for partnership or investor meetings
\u2022Support the CEO in relationship-building with strategic stakeholders
\u2022Help execute and track the impact of partnerships or pilot programs
\u2022Research, evaluate, and reach out to corporate partners, accelerators, and grant bodies
\u2022Help structure and support strategic collaborations, POCs, or co-investment opportunities
\u2022Prepare briefing documents and talking points for CEO\u2019s external engagements
\u2022Track the outcomes and ROI of partnership efforts

4.CEO Support

\u2022Work directly with the CEO to align external outreach with company goals.
\u2022Support special projects and strategic initiatives


Requirement:<\/strong>
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. MBA, CFA Level 1 or higher, or other relevant certifications are an added advantage
\u2022 Strong academic track record with demonstrated analytical and communication skills
\u2022 2\u20135 years of relevant experience in:
\u2022 Venture capital (VC) or corporate venture capital (CVC)
\u2022 Startup fundraising or investor relations
\u2022 Investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance
\u2022 Startup accelerators
\u2022 Demonstrated involvement in at least one successful fundraising round (e.g., seed, Series A, etc)
\u2022 Excellent storytelling, pitch design, and presentation skills (in-person and virtual)
\u2022 Financially literate \u2014 comfortable discussing cap tables, term sheets, valuations, and growth metrics
\u2022 Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple external stakeholders<\/p>\n\n\n\n
