{"id":16103,"date":"2025-08-01T07:06:16","date_gmt":"2025-08-01T07:06:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=16103"},"modified":"2025-08-01T08:22:31","modified_gmt":"2025-08-01T08:22:31","slug":"strategic-investment-executive-mandarin-speaker","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/zh\/jobs\/strategic-investment-executive-mandarin-speaker\/","title":{"rendered":"Strategic Investment Executive (Mandarin Speaker)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the company:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>An investment and advisory firm focusing on private equity, venture capital, and strategic business growth, supporting enterprises with capital and expertise to drive sustainable value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Fundraising &amp; Investor Relations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare and improve pitch decks, investor memos, and fundraising documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the investor database (CRM), track outreach, and follow up with investors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrange investor meetings, handle scheduling, take notes, and track follow-up actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist the leadership team during investor pitches and due diligence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep the investor data room updated with the latest documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle follow-ups, scheduling, and preparation of meeting materials for investors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support in pitching to potential investors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compile and update key metrics and fundraising reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Investment Strategy &amp; Market Intelligence<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Research market trends and competitors to support fundraising and decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyse industry trends, deal flow, and investor activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help maintain and update the company\u2019s cap table and funding model.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support internal reporting on cash runway, fundraising scenarios, and projections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify potential investors (VCs, CVCs, family offices) that fit the company\u2019s stage and industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Strategic Partnerships<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Research and reach out to VCs, CVCs, accelerators, grant bodies, and enterprise partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare briefing notes and research for partnership and investor meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist the CEO in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support and monitor partnerships, pilot programs, and their impact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate and approach corporate partners, accelerators, and grant opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in structuring collaborations, POCs, and co-investment opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Draft briefing documents and talking points for the CEO\u2019s external meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track partnership outcomes and return on investment (ROI).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; CEO Support<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work closely with the CEO to align outreach efforts with company goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in special projects and strategic initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
