{"id":16244,"date":"2025-08-15T08:48:02","date_gmt":"2025-08-15T08:48:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=16244"},"modified":"2025-10-31T16:18:32","modified_gmt":"2025-10-31T16:18:32","slug":"assistant-finance-manager","status":"expired","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/zh\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&p=16244","title":{"rendered":"Assistant Finance Manager \/ Finance Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>About the Company<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our client is an MNC company involved in the provision of industrial automation and power systems, focusing on process control located in Shah Alam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee finance and accounting staff to ensure that they are suitably motivated and developed, and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare the yearly operating budget for the company to ensure that all financial objectives are fulfilled and that all financial and legislative regulations are complied with<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage performance against budget, highlighting concerns and opportunities, liaise with stakeholders to ensure concerns are being communicated and addressed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review monthly management accounts, financial statements, and any other financial reports, ensuring timely submission and compliance with relevant governing rules, standards and requirement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in accounting, tax and financial reporting matters and technical advisory<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with auditors and assist in managing the audit process for the companies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop good relationships with external parties, e.g., solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Correspond with other departments, discussing corporate strategies and deciding on future directions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and oversee the finance and accounts for multiple companies\/subsidiaries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any other duties assigned from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree in Accountancy and\/ or ACCA\/CPA qualified.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Minimum 3 years of working experience in public listed companies<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acquire knowledge in taxation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Certified MIA<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to demonstrate the ability to work independently, effectively both as an individual and team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to multi-task and good MS office skills, especially Excel and experience with SAGE system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Hoyyian at her email at&nbsp;<strong>hoyyian.tang@peoplelake.asia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please be informed that only shortlisted candidate will be notified<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Company: Our client is an MNC company involved in the provision of industrial automation and power systems, focusing on process control located in Shah Alam.
