Since its incorporation in 2018, the company has specialized in&nbsp;<strong>PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly)<\/strong>&nbsp;and a wide range of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, coils, and transformers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establish and administer the company\u2019s quality policy to be in line with pre-determined guidelines. Ensure\u00a0 conformance of all legal and corporate specifications to achieve the quality objectives of the company. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Direct the continuous review of all quality control to effect improvements, reduce cost and enhance efficiency\u00a0 on an organization-wide basis. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for continuous improvement on quality meet compliance to requirements both locally and internationally. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure corrective action plans are initiated and monitored on all quality issues and progress. Monitor the record of\u00a0 defects and failure rates. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage &amp; control the 4M1E factors to ensure production run in smooth operation. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Well manage and maintain the working environment in good 5S &amp; meeting the OHSAS requirement. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop\/motivate, train and guide a team of Quality &amp; Supplier Quality Engineering and control staff to achieve company\u00a0 and department quality objective. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interface with customers to understand quality needs, concerns, provide support and services in a timely and effective\u00a0 manner for all operational products from development to high volume stage to achieve total customer satisfaction. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive quality goals and ensuring performance against such goals. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and inculcate a total quality management culture within the company. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible on Test &amp; Verification of Product Development. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To be responsible for maintaining good housekeeping 5S, proper teamwork and coordination\u00a0 between all other\u00a0 departments in achieving the compliance to company\u2019s Quality,\u00a0 Environmental &amp; Occupational, Health &amp; Safety\u00a0 Management System. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To make decisions on quality &amp; systems including standard and guidelines. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represent Management Representative to liaison with external parties on matters relating to company\u2019s quality system. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To authorize to stop and release production run or department in compliance with product \/ process related quality, safety\u00a0 and Environmental issues. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure production employee works meet the ISO QMS and OHSAS requirements. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional assign task by superior to meet the company KPI&#8217;s target.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 6 year working experience in the related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working experience in Quality system audit with reference to ISO 9001<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to define problem, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions<br>Knowledge in the 5 Core Tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA and SPC) is an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please be informed that only shortlisted candidate will be notified<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Jamie at her email at&nbsp;<strong>jamie.tan@peoplelake.asia<\/strong>&nbsp;or text her at +6012-2389953 (WhatsApp message only)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Client Our client is a&nbsp;rapidly growing electronics manufacturing company based in Perak, Malaysia, operating as a key regional hub for a well-established international group headquartered in Asia.
