The main responsibility is to prepare different types of reports related to business control and business development, with a focus on financial, volume, and customer performance metrics. The role also involves handling stakeholders\u2019 requests and ensuring business requirements are met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Result Areas<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare and deliver routine reports and assigned tasks on time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate and analyze anomalies or deviations, and share findings or solutions with the supervisor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the supervisor in change initiatives and analytical studies for other projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Duties <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collect, verify, and extract relevant data from various systems and business units for measurement, analysis, and reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure accuracy in reports, make corrections when needed, and highlight any discrepancies to the supervisor or stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver assigned reports on time and communicate any issues promptly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond to ad-hoc requests and help resolve any issues that arise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u6559\u80b2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Statistics, or other related fields.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in management reporting or analytics, preferably in logistics or finance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in Excel (able to use Pivot Tables, functions, and formulas).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Basic knowledge of finance and accounting to understand key performance metrics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication skills, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Grace Tan via email (grace.tan@peoplelake.asia) or WhatsApp (+6018-780 1215)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the company: A global leader in shipping and logistics, providing reliable transport and supply chain solutions worldwide with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.
